Torque sensor with telemetry system

The sensor has an integrated rotor antenna, and a torque transmitting element (3) including an area formed weaker than a measuring spring element (18), where a shear force sensor (5) is applied on the area. A joining ring (1) is formed as a rotor antenna ring with an induction coil (6) for an inductive telemetry system. A circumferential and radially and inwardly widened recess (24) is formed in an outer lateral surface (23) of the ring. The coil is fused in the recess, between two winding layers of a pre-impregnated or cast-in plastic or glass fiber ribbon i.e. prepreg-band.
