PURPOSE: A method for clean coating of conductive particles is provided to reduce manufacturing cost, and to offer environmentally friendly manufacturing environments by reducing consumption of chemicals, electricity, and water. CONSTITUTION: A method for clean coating of conductive particles includes the following steps of: forming a uniform polymer particle of a micro level; attaching a metal ion or particle on the surface of the polymer particle; and attaching the metal ion or the particle with an electroless plating or a substitution method on a ligand. The polymer particle is PMMA, PS, and PU. The metal ion is gold, silver, copper, nickel, and tin. |
