PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an aluminum casting handle with a ceramics transfer process is provided to offer superior goods value by performing a hard coating process on the handle. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an aluminum casting handle with a ceramics transfer process includes the following steps of: mixing pure aluminum with silicon, nickel, copper, iron, magnesium, zinc, titanium, arsenic and lead; gaining an aluminum solution by dissolving a mixture in molten metal at a temperature of 680°C~700°C for 4 ~ 8 hours; producing the handle by pouring aluminum alloy on a mold; performing a hard coating process through an electrode in a sulfate solution tank for 20 ~ 40 minutes; attaching color shape transcription paper to the surface of the handle; and heat-treating the surface in 400°C~700°C for 40 ~ 60 minutes.
