PURPOSE: An automatic error generation state processor of an application and a method thereof for maximizing convenience are provided to prevent the non operation state of the terminal. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for processing automatically an error generation state includes a polling agent(210) and an application(100). The polling agent is mounted on a WIPI(Wireless Internet Platform for Interoperability) platform. The polling agent periodically confirms the error generation state of an application in a state that an application is operated. If the application is in insensible state or infinite loop state, the polling agent terminates the application.
