PURPOSE: A method for preparing a bean sprouts drink is provided using garlic, dried Pollack, ginger, and radish to eliminate fishy smell. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a bean sprouts drink comprises the following steps of: germinating bean sprout seeds in a dark room for 7-8 days and sorting bean sprouts in length of 9-11cm(S100); washing the sorted bean sprouts to get rid of fine roots(S200); blending the 16-20kg bean sprouts, 800-1000g garlic, 8-12g dried Pollack, 800-1000g ginger, and 3-5kg radish, and bringing the blend to the boil to obtain an extract(S300); cooling off the extract(S400); and packing the cooled extract(S500). The extract is obtained in conditions of 280~320°C for 3-5 hours.
