<p>The arrangement (1) has main valves (2, 3) arranged one behind another, and valve closure elements (17, 18) which are connected with fluid-actuated drive devices. A pilot valve (5) i.e. piezoelectric valve, is connected to the devices for controlling the devices by a pilot fluid flow. The pilot valve has a piezoelectric actuation element (31) i.e. flexural resonator, for influencing the fluid flow. A control device is connected with the pilot valve and acts on the pilot valve with an alternating voltage for opening the main valves. The alternating voltage has rectangular wave signal form. An independent claim is also included for a method for controlling a gas valve arrangement.</p> |
