<p>The method involves welding the two flat metallic sheets at an extent. A chamber is formed between the sheets with filling pressure during a plastic spraying process, which is deformed within an injection molding tool. The plastic is brought by a die casting, where polyamide is used as plastic material. The sheets are deformed in a molding cavity of the injection molds, and are filled with plastic. The sheets are manufactured from titanium or a titanium material and non-rusting steel. An independent claim is included for a guide vane of guide vane grid of a fan structure of an aircraft gas turbine.</p> |
