ANGLE TYPE TANTALUM SOLID CAPACITOR

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an angle type tantalum solid capacitor is provided to improve heat resistance and an electrical property by uniformly forming a polymer layer inside an anode device. CONSTITUTION: A tantalum powder is sintered after mixing and compression molding. A chemical conversion treatment about a device is performed. The device is immersed in a monomer solution over 20 minutes in a temperature less than -10°C. The device is dried over 30 minutes in order to volatilize a solvent. The device is immersed in an oxidizing agent solution over 30 minutes in a temperature less than -10°C. The device is dried over 30 minutes in a room temperature in order to volatilize the solvent. The device is cleaned by alcohol. The device is dried over 10 minutes in order to volatilize the solvent.
