PURPOSE: A method for preparing table salt containing organic mineral is provided to remove harmful minerals at the same time supplementing useful and helpful minerals. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing table salt comprises the following steps of: dissolving halite or bay salt in water to obtain salt water; mixing the salt water and charcoal powder at a ratio of 4 to 1 by volume, and stirring and filtering it to obtain pure salt water; mixing 6-8wt% pea, 4-5wt% brown seaweed, 6-7wt% spinach, 7-8wt% bean, 4-6wt% cucumber, 5-6wt% mushroom, 5-6wt% potato, 6-7wt% radish, 5-6wt% onion, 5-7wt% tomato, 5-6wt% garlic, 5-6wt% sea tangle, 5-6wt% persimmon, 4-5wt% celery, 5-6wt% sunflower seed, 6-7wt% Lycii fructus, and 7-8wt% Salicornia herbacea, and extracting at 80~90°C for 22-26 hours; filtering the extract to obtain organic mineral mixture; mixing the pure salt water and organic mineral mixture at a ratio of 1 to 1 and stirring them; and dehydrating the mixture in a drum dryer of 80~90°C. |
