PURPOSE: A TAB(Tape Automated Bonding) tape guide roller of ILB(Inner Lead Bonding) equipment is provided to minimize the frictional force by transferring a TAB tape through a plurality of roller bearings. CONSTITUTION: A pair of first guide roller units(120) are combined with both ends of a roller housing so as to have a coaxial shaft, and have a diameter bigger than that of the roller housing. A pair of second guide roller units(130) are combined with outer sides of the first guide roller units so as to have a coaxial shaft, and have a diameter bigger than that of the first guide roller unit. A pair of third guide roller units(140) are combined with outer sides of the second guide roller units so as to have a coaxial shaft, and have a diameter bigger than that of the second guide roller unit. A plurality of roller bearings(122,132,142) are arranged on the outer circumferences of third guide roller units at regular intervals and are rotated.
