PURPOSE: A pressure reduction valve capable of flow control and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve durability of the pressure reduction valve by forming the body, flange, lower case, and spring case with a precision casting method. CONSTITUTION: A pressure reduction valve comprises a body(10), a spring case(12), a lower case(14), a pressure reduction control unit, and a flow control unit. The body includes a first cavity(18), a second cavity(20), a fluid passage hole(24), and a pressure control sensing pipe(26). The fluid passage hole is formed between the first cavity and the second cavity. The spring case is assembled airtightly to the top opening of the body. The lower case is assembled airtightly to the bottom opening of the body. The pressure reduction control unit is mounted in the upper internal cavity of the body and the internal cavity of the spring case. The flow control unit is mounted in the lower internal cavity of the body and the internal cavity of the lower case.
