PURPOSE: A display device is provided to improve the display characteristic by preventing a moire pattern. CONSTITUTION: Lower and upper substrates(110,210) comprise a fibrous structure formed in a grid pattern and face each other. A pixel layer(10) is formed between the lower and upper substrates. The fibrous structure of the lower substrate is formed in the second direction orthogonal to the first direction. The fibrous structure of the upper substrate is formed in the fourth direction orthogonal to the third direction. The first direction and the third direction form an oblique angle.
