<p>The inner layer of the hose comprises a ribbed plastic inner tube with a first end, ribbed middle portion and a second end all combined in a single-piece construction. A woven mesh (3) is applied around the middle portion to form an outer layer of the hose. A first fastener (8) and a second fastener (18) both made from plastic are secured around the first and second ends of the ribbed tube respectively and are used to secure first and second coupling pieces to the ends of the hose. The inner tube is made from a first plastic material and the fasteners are made from a second plastic material. The coupling pieces are intended for connecting to a water tap and the washing machine or dishwasher inlet.</p> |
