The device has a frame in which a wheel (4) fitted with another frame (2). Other two wheels (5, 6) are fitted with a steering around an axis to confirm the frame (2). The wheel (5) is rotatable around a half axis and the wheel (6) is rotatable around other axis in the frame (2). Another steering and a third steering are connected to the former frame through tie rods. An independent claim is also included for a method for driving a tricycle.
