PURPOSE: A viewer-sensitive rotation display device is provided to make a view feel mysterious and induce the interesting of the viewer. CONSTITUTION: An LED(Light Emitting Device) module(2) consists a plurality of LED elements. A rotating frame(3) supports the LED module. A motor is installed in a body(4) and rotates the rotating frame. An external case(6) protects the LED module and body. A sensor(7) detects a viewer by being installed in the external case. A controller(8) outputs a screen control signal for controlling the screen reproduced in the LED module after receiving a viewer sensing signal from the sensor.
