PURPOSE: A reflex panel and method for manufacturing the same is provided to prevent the damage caused by scratch of a pattern by forming the print pattern in the rear side of the transparent plate. CONSTITUTION: The print pattern(21) is formed on one side of the transparent plate(20) by the ink paint of the color. The light reflecting layer(22) which reflects the subject on one side of the transparent plate is formed. The adhesive is spread at the top surface of the light reflex panel layer. The cushion material is adhered to the top surface of an adhesive. The groove is formed in one side of the transparent plate shape of a pattern. The reflex panel layer is coated in one side of the transparent plate.
