PURPOSE: An air purification conditioner for a vehicle using vegetable extract is provided to discharge the cool air for a predetermined time through the cool air of filter liquid without operating a compressor. CONSTITUTION: An air purification conditioner for a vehicle using vegetable extract comprises the first filter unit(10), the second filter unit(20), and the third filter unit(30). The first filter unit consists of the second filter(12) which is made of a network to which the high-voltage current is applied, and a suction fan(13) inhaling the air. An ash prevention plate(23) for preventing the ash, passing through the filter liquid from being scattered is installed at an upper side of the second filter unit. The third filter unit comprises a blowhole for discharging the purified air to the outside. The filter liquid vegetable extract of the second filter unit is used.
