PURPOSE: A transceiving system and a data process method for reducing channel change and noise are provided to increase compatability with the receiver when transmitting mobile service data through a channel. CONSTITUTION: A byte-bit converter(401) classifies a bit by an inputted data byte. The byte-bit converter outputs data to an SCCC(Serial Concatenation of Convolutional Codes) outer coder(402). The SCCC outer coder encodes the inputted data single bit into H3 bit. An SCCC outer interleaver(403) performs the block interleaving on the symbol unit about the output data of the SCCC outer coder. A PCCC(Parallel Concatenation of Convolutional Codes) encoder includes 1/H1 coder and a multiplexer. The multiplexer multiplexes the output of 1/H1 encoder.
