<p>PURPOSE: A safety rack is provided to prevent keyboard malfunction and twisting of wire by arranging vertically the keyboard, the monitor and the FOUP. CONSTITUTION: The monitor loading unit(102) is formed at the eye level of an engineer. The keyboard loading unit(104) is formed at the vertical lower part of the monitor loading unit. The FOUP storing unit(106) is formed at the vertical lower part of the keyboard loading unit. The height adjusting part(108) adjusts the height of the rack body. The rack torsion protection bracket(110) prevents twisting of the rack body. The monitor thermal cycling unit releases the heat of the monitor to an outside.</p> |
