THE COMPOSITION FOR THE PROTECTION AND IMPROVEMENT OF NEO-ANGIOGENESIS RELATED DISEASES USING GLYCEOLLINS AND THEIR EXTRACTS

PURPOSE: A composition containing glyceollins and extract containing the glyceollins is provided to prevent or treat angiogenesis-related diseases such as psoriasis, diabetic retinosis, rheumatic arthritis, solid cancer and cancer matastasis. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing and treating angiogenesis-related diseases contains glyceollins. A method for isolating glyceollins comprises: a step of treating 0.5% of Aspergillus sp. to 1kg of soy bean which is dipped in water for 10 hours; a step of culturing the soy bean at 20°C for three days then extracting 5L of methanol; and a step of isolating glyceollins through column chromatography using silica gel as a filler and dichloromethane and methanol as a solvent.
