PURPOSE: An electrolytic cell for a water gas generator is provided to maintain an interval of a cooling fin uniformly by preparing a spacer to maintain intervals between the cooing fin. CONSTITUTION: An electrolytic cell for a water gas generator includes an electrode rod(110), fixed plates(120), a plurality of cylindrical electrode plates(130), and a cylindrical case(140). The electrolytic cell further includes a flange cover(150) and an insulating plate. An insertion hole is formed on the center of the fixing plate. A plurality of insertion grooves are formed on an inner side of the fixing plate. A flange(144) is formed on an outer side of a receiving space. The flange cover finishes an opening of the receiving space.
