PURPOSE: A positioning device of a plurality of cylinders is provided to set up a location of the cylinder through minimum movement, and to produce a quality product continuously. CONSTITUTION: A positioning device of a plurality of cylinders includes a complex cylinder(10), a lower and an upper girders(20), four posts(50), a transfer unit(30), and a clamping unit. A lower housing and an upper housing are formed on the cylinder. The complex cylinder is arranged with matrix structure. The post is arranged on an outer circumference of the complex cylinder. The post is installed at the top of a base frame. The transfer unit is connected with the complex cylinder.
