PURPOSE: A graphic print sheet of a vehicle instrument device and a vehicle instrument device having a waveguide film using the same are provided to reduce a manufacturing cost of a mold by removing an injection material between a circuit board and a graphic print sheet. CONSTITUTION: An instrument device includes a rear case(110), a circuit board(120), a front case(130), a transparent cover(140), and a plurality of compass needles(150). A space part for receiving the circuit board is formed by assembling the rear case and the front case. The rear case supports a rear part of the circuit board. A wire connector for being connected to a vehicle full length is installed in the rear case. A plurality of instrument windows(132) and a plurality of lamp display windows(134) are formed in the front case. A front surface of the front case is painted with anti-reflection. The transparent cover is assembled with the front surface of the front case. The transparent cover protects an instrument board.
