PURPOSE: A method for constructing information networks is provided to efficiently build the information networks by giving the characteristic of a link and network between information entities. CONSTITUTION: A first information, which is generated by a computing device, is obtained(S210). A second information, which is generated by the computing device and explains the first information, is obtained(S220). A third information is obtained(S230). The third information is generated by the computing device. The third information shows the relation between the first information and the user having the first information. The second and third information are related with the inputted first information(S240).
