PURPOSE: A capacity control tool in a variable capacitive compressor is provided to improve the operation efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A capacity control tool in a variable capacitive compressor comprises the first control valve(33), a valve body(46), and the second control valve(34). The first control valve adjusts the path cross-section of a supply path. The valve body opens and closes the second discharge path(55). The second control valve comprises an open valve spring for pressurizing the valve body toward the open position where the second discharge path is opened. The valve body of the second control valve is at a closed position when the first control valve is opened and is at an opened position when the first control valve is closed. The valve body of the second control valve is pressurized from a closed position to an opened position.
