PURPOSE: A nanoparticle preparation method is provided to slow-release drug components and to lower blood calcium concentration by controlling the time and speed for solvent removal. CONSTITUTION: A nanoparticle preparation method comprises the following steps of: rotating a round bottomed flask using a rotary decompressor so as to remove organic solvent in a W1/O/W2 double emulsion process; and manufacturing nanoparticles under decompression condition. A wall material used in the W1/O/W2 double emulsion process represents biodegradable polymer. The biodegradable polymer is polyglycolide, polylactide, polylactide glycolide, polyorthoesters, poIycaprolactone, polyanhydride, polyethylene succinate, polybutylene succinate, polyhydroxybutylate, polyhydroxymethacrylate, polyhydroxyalkanoate, polymethylmetacrylate, and polyestercarbonate.
