PURPOSE: A roaster hood oil pan is provided to prevent an oil drop which is generated according as the oil included in smoke is frozen in the inner circumference of a flow tube from falling on a roaster. CONSTITUTION: A roaster hood oil pan comprises a flow tube, a suction body(110), an oil pan hole(120), an induction hole(130). The suction body includes a combination stage projection(112) which is combined with the flow tube. At one side of the suction body, at least one suction hole is formed. The oil pan hole is connected with the suction body and has a storage space between the bottom and the suction body. The induction hole has a combination hole(131) in which the combination stage projection is mounted.
