The invention relates to an inner shoe for a ski, snowboard, inline-skating or climbing shoe or similar, with at least one partial region made from a material which is plastically mouldable at a given temperature (mouldable temperature (Tv)), wherein at least the plastically mouldable partial region of the inner shoe (1) is provided with a stitched, woven or knitted planar heating element (3), by means of which the relevant partial region may be heated to the moulding temperature (Tv).
