PURPOSE: A communication test device of a portable terminal for preventing waste of time is provided to improve work yield by quickly testing the USB communication state of the portable terminal. CONSTITUTION: An I/O selection switch unit(140) includes a plurality of switches for input/output selection according to communication specification. A program storage unit(130) stores various test programs according to the kind of a portable terminal. An MCU(120) performs the test of the portable terminal by controlling the operation of a test program storage and the I/O selection switch unit according to a command. The MCU provides data about the control operation state. A USB communication unit downloads the operation program through the I/O selection switch unit. A connector(150) connects I/O selection switch unit and the portable terminal.
