PURPOSE: A fishing tackle mounting device is provided, which can rapidly replace new fishing equipment by immediately taking out the fishing equipment from a bag or a pocket. CONSTITUTION: A fishing tackle mounting device a plate(11) in which a first clip(12) is combined with the end which is extended to the vicinity of the waist of a wearer to be settled on the breast of a wearer; a suspender(10) which has a back plate(13) in which a second clip(14) is combined with the end which is extended to the vicinity of the waist; a front belt(20); and a rear belt(30). In the front belt, a third clip is combined. In the rear belt, a fourth clip is combined.
