PURPOSE: A multipurpose front end fixing unit of a rockbolt is provided to reduce the deformation caused by earth pressure and to cope with tensile stress, shear stress, and bending moment. CONSTITUTION: A multipurpose front end fixing unit(RF) of a rockbolt is composed of a rockbolt anchor head(100), a rockbolt fixing member, plural wedge type expansion member(200), and an elastic fixing device(300). The rockbolt anchor head is inserted into an anchor hole. A rockbolt coupling hole in which the front end of a rockbolt(R) is combined is formed in the rockbolt anchor head. A coupling hole having a screw thread is formed in the center of the rockbolt fixing member. The rockbolt fixing member is formed inside the rockbolt anchor head. The rockbolt fixing member fixes the rockbolt anchor head and the rockbolt in the tension of the rockbolt. A connecting piece(210) is formed in the wedge type expansion member. The wedge type expansion member is positioned in the circumference of the nail anchor head. The wedge type expansion member is fixed to the outer ground in the axis line of the anchor hole. The elastic fixing device is combined to the connecting piece of the wedge type expansion member. The elastic fixing device has a compressed elastic member(330) for applying the elastic force to plural wedge type expansion members. |
