PURPOSE: A semiconductor device guaranteeing a stable operation is provided to perform a sensing amplification operation normally regardless of a voltage level of a complementary data line and a data line by making an amount of the current supplied to and outputted from the data line and the complementary data line different. CONSTITUTION: A data line pair includes a data line and a complementary data line. A first sense amplifier(110) includes a first sense amplifier and a second sense amplifier. The first sense amplifier and the second sense amplifier are cross-coupled in the data line and the complementary data line. A first variable current source(130) supplies or outputs the first variable current to or from the first sense amplifier. A second variable current source(140) supplies or outputs the second variable current to or from the second sense amplifier. An amount of the first variable current is different from the amount of the second variable current.
