PURPOSE: An apparatus and method of common S.O.S system is provided to transmit quickly a message and the location information. CONSTITUTION: The server is operated with the mobile communication systems. The mobile communication terminal embeds the apparatus for acquiring the location information. The subscriber terminal transfers the rescue request signal according to the actuating signal of a subscriber. The server receives the location information from the subscriber terminal and rescue request signal. The server transfers the location information and structure supporting demand signal to the subscriber terminal. Other subscriber terminal receives the location information and structure supporting demand signal from a server and carries out the road guidance according to the location information.
