PURPOSE: A dry heater, a laundry heating unit using the same, drying control system and a control method thereof are provided to reduce unnecessary power consumption by reducing an initial response time. CONSTITUTION: A plate type base member(12a,12b,12c) has thermal conductance and electric insulation property. A striped type exothermic plate(13) is mounted on the plate type base member and is comprised of a strip manufactured by slitting a metal sheet. The strip generates heat when the power source is applied to the both part of the strip.
