The invented reinforcement grid-bending device is provided with a double bending head and is composed of the metal framework 1 whereon there are assembled the double steady bending accessories 6 the size of which is proportional to the size of the diameter of the bars forming the reinforcement grid 10. Said bending device is provided with two radially moving bending heads 3 liable to bend the reinforcement grid 10 in a simultaneous and/or alternate manner. The motion of same bending heads 3 is initiated by four or several hydraulic pistons 12 distributed on the length of each bending bar 3. The bending device in question is also provided with mechanisms 14 and shaping rowls 4 or alternatively cylindrical bending accessories 15 for the angle bending of the grid and mechanisms for the holding and removal 8 of the grid 10 from the bending accessories 6.The commands are transmitted either by computer via sensors or by mechanical provisions. The bending device in question is co-operating with simple or composite benches whereon the reinforcement grid is placed. |
