<p>A liquid or semi-solid pharmaceutical composition (A), emulsifiable or self-emulsifiable in aqueous media and containing a pyrazole-3-carboxamide derivative (I), comprises a solution of (I) in a mixture of lipophilic solvent(s) (II) for (I) and hydrophilic non-ionic surfactant(s) (III) of hydrophilic-lipophilic balance (HLB) value more than 10.
