The element has external surfaces adapted to be used as heating surfaces, where electrical heating resistances are arranged near the external surfaces. Each resistance extends in a plane parallel to a plane of one of the external surfaces. The resistances are partially surrounded by concrete. A surface opposite to each external surface is covered with a heat insulation protection for allowing diffusion of heat towards the external surface. An independent claim is also included for a method for fabricating a concrete element.
