The present invention relates to a wound dressing made of an elastic woven structure destined to be used in post-surgical recovery, and to a process for manufacturing the same. According to the invention, the wound dressing is a woven fabric having cotton yarns with a fineness of Nm 24/4 and elastomer yarns no. 32/34, arranged in a ratio of 3:1 in the warp, while the woven fabric has polyester yarns with a density length of 330 dtex/f32X1/130 Z in the weft or having polyester yarns with a density length of 330 dtex/f32X1/130Z and elastomer yarns no. 32/34, arranged in a ratio of 1:4:1 in the warp. According to the invention, the process consists in washing-degreasing the woven fabric with a solution containing 20-25 g/l of biodegradable ecological detergent, without foaming agents and 10-15 g/l of natrium hydroxide at a temperature ranging between 50 and 70A C, for 1 h, alternatively rinsing it with warm and cold water for 2 hours, neutralizing it with 15 ... 25 ml/l of acetic acid having a concentration of 60 % for 2 hours, disinfecting in 3% oxygenated water for 20 hours at a temperature of 20-25A C, alternatively rinsing with cold water and drying it in a hot air circulation at a temperature of 50-60 A C for 2 hours.
|
