The device (1) has actuators (3a-3c) of circular outer shape for adjusting specific function of a system. The actuators are arranged consecutively on a cylinder (4) forming a support element of the device. Each actuator is under form of a rotating ring for adjusting specific associated function, where the actuators are arranged with spacing between them. The actuators has periphery provided with shape, color or shape permitting visual or tactile recognition and/or their manipulation. An independent claim is also included for an element of a vehicle.
