Sauce for infant nutrition comprises at least one homogenized vegetable product from the group comprising cherry, plum, apples, cranberry, cowberry, apricot, blackcurrant, carrot, pumpkin, tomatoes and also sugar, modified starch, food acid and water, wherein the sauce contains water with 0.05-0.5mg/dm silver ions and also further added 70mg/100ml of calcium phosphate, 30mg/100ml of calcium citrate, 5.6/mg/100ml of potassium iodate, 4.1mg/100ml of iron citrate, 1.0mg/100ml of zinc sulfate, vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin of a B group, wherein the sauce components have the following mass ratio: at least one vegetable product - 250-600g; sugar – 100-154.7g; modified starch – 13-20.7g; food acid – 0.5-1.1g; water – up to 1000g, with the following content of biologically active substances: protein – 12.7-1.9g; carbohydrates – 10-11.5g; fats – 2.85-2.95g; sodium – 0.039-0.042g; potassium -130-136mg; calcium – 90-96mg; phosphorus – 63-66mg; magnesium – 8.5-8.7mg; iron – 1.0-1.2mg; zinc – 0.45-0.55mg; iodine – 9.7-10.9mkg; vitamin C – 16-18mg; vitamin A – 85.2-86.1mkg; vitamin D – 1.47-1.53mkg; vitamin E – 1.12-1.16mg; vitamin B1 – 0.015-0.025mg; vitamin B2 – 0.20-0.30mg; vitamin B6 – 0.06-0.065mg; vitamin B12 – 0.18-0.22mg. |
