<p>The invention relates to N-oxide and/or di-N-oxide derivatives of dopamine receptor stabilizers/modulators having the general formula (1) or (2) and pharmaceutical preparations containing the said compounds. Further, the invention relates the use of the said compounds for the treatment of a disorder in the central nervous system, and particularly for the treatment of dopamine mediated disorders such as e.g. movement disorders, psychoses, anxiety disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders, sleep disorders and substance related disorders.</p> |
