PURPOSE: A cooling device is provided to facilitate installation to a device to be cooled by being integrated with or detachably assembled to a microorganism cultivation device and other heating units. CONSTITUTION: A cooling device comprises a heating unit and a cooling unit. The heating unit(100) is heated over the constant temperature. The cooling unit expands refrigerant and drops the pressure and the temperature of the refrigerant and cools the heating unit to the constant temperature. The cooling unit includes a main body, a compressor, a condenser, a first expander, an evaporator, and a second expander. The main body is connected to the heating unit. The compressor(230) is installed at the main body and compresses gas refrigerant to be liquefied. The condenser(250) is connected to the compressor and condenses the gas delivered from the compressor into the liquid of the medium temperature and high-pressure. The first expander(220) is connected to the condenser and converts the liquid of the medium temperature and high-pressure into the liquid of low temperature and low pressure. The evaporator(210) is connected to the first expander and cools the heating unit at constant temperature. The second expander(240) is connected to the evaporator and expands the gas of high pressure and high temperature to be converted into the gas of low temperature and low pressure.
