Use of low dose human TNF alpha antibodies for treating inflammatory disorders

Disclosed is the use of a low dose of human TNF ß antibody for the manufacture of a medicament for treating inflammatory disorders such as arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ChronÆs disease, psoriasis and ankylosing spondylitis, wherein the medicament is administered in a dose of 0.01-0.01 mg/kg. In particular embodiments the medicament is formulated for administration with an additional therapeutic agent, and the antibody is D2E7.
