The coating of the invention includes a solid matrix adhering to the substrate and in which are dispersed particles (11) of at least one solid lubricant that belongs to the same one class. The solid matrix is lubricating and has a rheologic behaviour of the plastic or viscoplastic type. The invention can be used for protecting the threads of threaded members used in hydrocarbon wells against corrosion and seizure.
