PURPOSE: An exhausting device for preventing the exhaust gas from flying is provided to reduce maintenance and management cost by minimizing flying of the exhaust gas. CONSTITUTION: An exhausting device for preventing the exhaust gas from flying comprises an exhaust line(110), a main body(121), a filtering part(120), a tank(130), a circulating part(140) and a circulating drive part(150). The exhaust line guides the movement of the exhaust gas ejected from an engine(10). The filtering part includes a filter element(122) of the porous and is arranged to the inner. The tank supplies water to a drain line(131) and stores the water.
