A container of suitable size and shape, with disinfectant, that hands can swipe over, to cleanse, or press upon, either singly or with both hands. As an option the inside of container can have a moving part, cylinder or a disinfecting soaker. It can be in a counter top container, or affixed to a higher urn, floor style. It can be attached to a steel pole on a vehicle,(school bus) for public hand cleansing, or anywhere. Apart from uses in businesses, families could have portable containers in vehicles.
