<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pickpocket-proof tool with which valuables such as passport, card, money, etc. are prevented from being stolen through a fastener at an opening of a bag being opened during a travel. <P>SOLUTION: A small swivel (1) and a ring (2) are engaged with the tip end on one end of a string (3) and a swivel (4) is provided on the other end.
