PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support to confirm whether protection relays are coordinated with each other.

SOLUTION: The operation relay extraction part 150 specifies the operation order of the protection relay based on the relation of connection, and the CB extraction part 160 specifies a trip CB based on the relation of connection. The trip information extraction part 180 specifies the operation order of the protection relay and the trip CB based on the relay response analysis result. The coordination judgement part 190 compares the operation order of the protection relay and the trip CB specified based on the relation of connection with the operation order of the protection relay and the trip CB specified based on the relay response analysis result to judge whether both are coincident with each other.
