PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system for providing a monitoring image in which images of feature regions are easy to see.

SOLUTION: The image processing system is provided with an image acquisition unit for acquiring a moving image, a feature region information acquisition unit for acquiring information indicating positions of feature regions in plural moving image component images included in the moving image, and an image generation unit for generating display images with substantially the same size by reducing or enlarging images of the feature regions respectively included in the plural moving image component images on the basis of the positions indicated by the information acquired by the feature region information acquisition unit.
