摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance measuring sensitivity and measuring reliability by suppressing the dissolution of a window material into a liquid in an infrared spectrometer using a window material in a state that the window material is brought into contact with the liquid. <P>SOLUTION: A sample to be measured is a liquid or a solid or gas in the liquid. The reflection infrared spectrometer is equipped with an optical system which projects infrared rays on the sample to be measured and samples the reflected infrared rays from the sample to be measured and an infrared spectroscope for obtaining the spectrum of the reflected infrared rays. The window material constituting the optical system is constituted so that its base is directly brought into contact with the liquid and composed of a window material main body (a) and the coating film (b) formed on the base brought into contact with the liquid of the window material. The coating film (b) includes a substance which is insoluble in the liquid or relatively low in the dissolving properties to the liquid as compared with the window material main body (a) and has infrared permeability in a measuring wavelength region. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p>
